How do I become a Member?
It’s simple. Register by clicking on the Sign Up button then enter in your details and you instantly become part of our community.

I forgot my password, what do I do?
These things happen so just log in, enter your email address and click on “Forgot Password”. A new password will be emailed to you.

How do I receive my Voucher?
Vouchers will be emailed to you directly within 24hrs of your purchase date. Open the attachment and print the Voucher. You can also reprint Vouchers previously purchased by logging onto PlatinumDeals.com, click on Purchase History, locate your Voucher and reprint. Note that each Voucher can only be redeemed once.

Where do I redeem my Voucher?
All instructions, terms and conditions along with a validity date will be included on the Voucher. Make sure you take your Voucher with you and present this to the Provider as they will need to physically sight and collect this from you.

My Voucher has expired, what do I do?
Unfortunately there will be no refund or credits given for expired Vouchers. Make sure you redeem the Voucher prior to the expiry date shown.

I haven’t used my Voucher and the Provider has closed their doors. What do I do?
We only partner will reputable companies, however, in the event that the Provider ceases trading, Platinum Deals will provide a full refund to you. Just make sure you put this in writing by emailing info@platinumdeals.com or click on Contact Us and don’t forget to mention your Voucher number. We will review and process the refund within 24 hours.

Can I redeem part of the Voucher now and part later?
No. The Voucher must be used in one visit/redemption.

Will my credit card details be shared with others?
Definitely not. We use up-to-date security, firewall, anti-virus and encryption software to ensure the security of the data that we keep. For further information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Platinum Deals offers a full refund if you change your mind (for any reason) within 3 days of your purchase. Please put your request in writing by emailing orders@platinumdeals.com or click on Contact Us and don’t forget to mention your Voucher number. We will review and process your refund within 24 hours.
